Ben Howard announces details of an incredible fourth night at London’s O2 Academy Brixton in January 2019.

He will now play the venue on the 16th January, 17th January, 18th January and now 19th January. The first three nights have completely sold out, and will be the final Noonday Dream shows in the capital. A new show in Birmingham at the Symphony Hall has also been added for the 21st January, with all profits going to be the Koestler Trust (a charity which helps ex-offenders, secure patients and detainees in the UK to express themselves creatively.)

Recently, Ben followed the widespread acclaim for his third album, Noonday Dream, with three brand new tracks all written and recorded during the sessions for his third album.

One of the new songs, Hot Heavy Summer features collaboration with American electro-pop duo Sylvan Esso.

“The recording sessions for Noonday Dream were so varied and over quite a period of time. There were little gems that we didn’t know what to do with but it felt right to put these three together, both separate and a part of the album so to speak.

Amelia (Sylvan Esso) is just incredible, fortune prevailed, and we managed to get in the studio. I had it in the back of my mind as soon as we initially recorded Hot Heavy Summer that the track just felt right for her.”
