BEEN SEEING Elkie since 1960,s She getse..Her voice gets better with age…Where does she get all her energy from.Saw her show on the 28th June at The Nottingham Theatre Royal..Didnt want the show to end..Hope I get to see her in 2027…

GW blew me away in the 80s and continues to knock me off my feet 40 freakin’ years later!! Eye to Eye is a perfect BPM tune. Alan Murphy’s guitar-mastery is STILL unmatched – shimmering clean chorusy tone and a gut burnin’ lead tone that absolutely rips. Great joy to find utube videos of GW’s and Alan’s work. His gifts will live forever. Would still love to hear Peter sing with Mike McDonald!

Saw our man Jack at the 02 Southside Glasgow May 2019 Melissa & Me..so raw and impressionable he gave it his all..the local press reviewer was in front of me and gave a decent review the next day in the papers and then at the Royal Concert Hall Glasgow November 2019..so cool Jack and the guys fabulous night Jinty & Me had..
Then COVID hit..watched you online in Portofino.. amazing.. can’t believe your so big now not to come back to Glasgow..we made you Jack..well some of you..how we’ll miss you Jack.. you’ll not be able to resist for long though.. you’ll be back..ps. loved you on Graham tonight..love the new song..the Don’t worry the “Pratt..le”was a freudian..cool dude still

Great gig from Jules. A mention has to go to the support act Hannah White. Car crash had the whole audience gripped for the entire song – incredibly emotional and beautiful.

And thats exactly how they were last night – Thursday 10th July 2025 at Kew the music. What on earth is wrong with Ali Campbell?

Sullen, unresponsive, almost comatose in interaction (or lack of it) didnt speak to a soul, delivered his undeniably well sung crowd pleasers as if it was a teduous job, and kept disappearing from the stage (about every 10 mins!)

His band and support guy filled in gamely – but the main guy is just not earning his money, IMO.

Support band also good.
