Following a sold out series of shows last summer, former front man of Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine, Jim Bob, has announced a major UK tour for April and May 2024.
Away from Carter, Jim Bob has released twelve solo albums, with the last two Pop Up Jim Bob and Who Do We Hate Today hitting the top forty charts. Alongside writing songs for Ian Drury and for a Barbican production of Mark Ravenhill’s Dick Whittington & His Cat, Jim Bob also made his Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2010 in the musical Gutted, A Revenger’s Musical.
The British musician and author has also published six novels, including two memoirs surrounding Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine which were both a critical and commercial success.
Currently focusing on his music, Jim Bob has labelled his latest releases Thanks For Reaching Out as ‘the third in a trilogy’, suggesting something new will follow it.
